C&PA created a new build hotel and commercial restaurant as part of a intensification development along Mile End Road. The proposed development is designed to stand alone architecturally but also to accommodate future development of the adjacent 2 storey 1970’s terrace.

The architectural approach uses bands and corner windows making the building integrate with the changes in scale to the existing buildings.

The project is currently in pre-planning.
