Sitting on the former site of a single storey bungalow opposite Stepney Green Park, C&PA gained Planning Approval for four-storey residential block with a set-back top floor. C&PA continued to work with the developer on the detailed construction design.
The building provides generous private amenity space in the form of rear gardens, roof terraces and fully glazed recessed balconies. The resulting dwellings are full of light, and benefit from dual aspects. This building, now complete, maximises the use of the site to provide nine new high-quality apartments overlooking the park.
