C&PA have designed a new residential led development in Stratford, including commercial use on the ground floors and 20 new flats. The project creates a new corner develop integrating into the scale of the UEL campus to the south.

The massing follows the scale of the adjacent UEL Library with a 4 storey brick base and 2 storey lightweight setback element optimising the use on the site. The corner location emphasised by the feature balconies which provide articulation to the solid massing.

The project has been approved in principle by Newham planning committee and is awaiting completion of the S106.
